• Designing appliances for natural gas use, which work with an equal or lower pressure than 6 bar;
• Testing and inspection of appliances for natural gas use, which work with an equal or lower pressure than 6 bar.

The main stock holder of S.C. MEGACONSTRUCT S.A. is The Nova Group Investment B.V., a Dutch company owning the majority of stocks of several renowned companies in Romania, companies that develop their business in the fields of insurances, constructions, financial consulting, real estate, hotel chains, etc.

In order to accomplish the above mentioned tasks, the Company’s employees develop technical and operational activities which imply the performance, maintenance, reconditioning and modernization of main objectives within natural gas field of activity.

S.C. MEGACONSTRUCT activates on the grounds of franchise contracts with the public service of natural gas distribution, contracts which are signed with the Ministry of Economy and local authorities, and also based on licenses and authorizations issued by the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE).
